At Remodel Surge (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”), all sales are final. Because our products and services involve customized strategies, proprietary systems, and digital deliverables, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges under any circumstances.

By making a purchase through our website www.remodelsurge.com, scheduling a consultation, or engaging in any paid service, you (“Client,” “you,” or “your”) agree to the terms below in full.

1. Non-Returnable and Non-Refundable Services

All payments made to Remodel Surge are final and non-refundable.
This includes, but is not limited to:

Marketing, advertising, or consulting services

Software systems, automations, or integrations

Strategy calls, setup fees, or retainers

One-time or recurring subscription payments

Access to digital resources, templates, or course materials

No refunds, chargebacks, cancellations, or partial credits will be issued for unused time, lack of results, or change of business direction.

2. Digital and Custom Deliverables

All services provided by Remodel Surge involve custom intellectual property, proprietary marketing systems, and non-tangible digital assets.
Because these are delivered electronically and tailored to each client, they cannot be “returned” or resold, and therefore are not eligible for refund or reversal.

Once work begins or access is granted to our systems, you waive any right to cancellation or refund.

3. Client Responsibility

Before purchasing or enrolling in any program, it is your responsibility to:

Review all service descriptions, terms, and guarantees in detail.

Ask any questions before payment is made.

Ensure you understand the results depend on your own business implementation, communication, and follow-up.

Failure to participate, provide requested information, or complete setup steps does not qualify you for a refund.

4. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

By completing payment, you agree not to initiate a chargeback or dispute through your bank, credit card, or payment processor

for any reason.

If a chargeback or reversal is filed, you acknowledge that:

The outstanding balance will be immediately sent to a collections agency, and

You will be responsible for all related costs, including legal fees, administrative expenses, and interest charges of 2.5% per month (30% annually) until paid in full.

Remodel Surge reserves the right to report unpaid balances or fraudulent disputes to credit bureaus and collections databases.

5. Service Adjustments or Credits

At the sole discretion of Remodel Surge, a service credit or scheduling adjustment may be offered if a verified technical error or duplicate transaction occurs. This does not constitute a refund policy and is decided case-by-case.

No credits will be issued for dissatisfaction, performance concerns, or subjective results.

6. Legal and Financial Liability

You acknowledge that payment for services represents full acceptance of these terms.
If legal or collection efforts are required to recover unpaid balances or resolve disputes, you agree to reimburse Remodel Surge for all costs incurred, including attorney’s fees, filing costs, and administrative expenses.

7. Governing Law

This Return Policy is governed by the laws of the State of New York, United States of America.
Any legal proceedings related to refunds, payments, or disputes shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts of New York County, New York.

8. Updates to This Policy

Remodel Surge reserves the right to modify this Return Policy at any time without prior notice. Updates will be posted on this page with an updated “Last Revised” date.

Your continued use of our services after updates constitutes full acceptance of the revised terms.
