3.2 Final & Non-Refundable Payments

ALL SALES ARE FINAL AND NON-REFUNDABLE

No refunds or cancellations are permitted including:

• Dissatisfaction with results
• Changes in business priorities
• Client delays
• Failure to use provided materials
• Staffing changes
• Third-party issues

You waive all rights to refunds or chargebacks.

4. Chargeback and Collections Policy

4.1 No Chargebacks

Attempting chargebacks or disputes constitutes a breach of this Agreement.

4.2 Legal and Collection Actions

If a dispute occurs, Remodel Surge reserves the right to:

• Send balances to collections
• Recover collection agency fees
• Recover legal fees
• Recover court costs
• Recover administrative expenses
• Charge 2.5% monthly interest (30% annually)

4.3 Legal Fee Responsibility

You agree to reimburse all legal and enforcement costs associated with disputes.

5. Results & Performance Disclaimer

Remodel Surge provides business development and marketing strategies designed to improve outcomes.

However, no guarantees are made regarding:

• Revenue growth
• Client acquisition
• Business performance

Results vary depending on implementation and external factors.

6. Intellectual Property Rights

All systems, frameworks, videos, software, and training materials remain exclusive property of Remodel Surge.

Clients receive a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive license for internal business use only.

7. Limitation of Liability

Remodel Surge shall not be liable for:

• Business interruption
• Revenue loss
• Indirect damages
• Reliance on strategy or advice

Total liability will never exceed the amount paid for the service.

8. Indemnification

You agree to defend and hold harmless Remodel Surge from claims arising from:

• Chargebacks
• Payment disputes

9. Termination of Services
